Use of essential oils

Essential oils can create a beautiful aroma which is calming and soothing for our mind and bodies. There are couple of ways you can enjoy beautiful healing powers of essential oils.

 

Diffusing

Inhalation of essential oils is one of the best ways of enjoying healing aroma of essential oils. Diffusing your essential oils is a great way you can inhale essential oils in a safer and an easier way. Our range of Ultrasonic Aroma Diffusers are a great combination to work with essential oils. Foot Bath

Foot bath with essential oil is a heavenly treat for tired feet. Simply add 2-6 drops of essential oil to a large bowl of water. Mix well and soak your feet for about 15 mins.

Spray

10-20 drops of your favourite essential oil can be used with water and sprayed into the air to create a beautiful aroma or to deodorize your room. It is important to shake the bottle before spraying to ensure the oil is mixed well enough with water.

Body rub/ massage

Choose your essential oil and add 2-3 drops of essential oil with about 12 mls of carrier oil and massage feet or body on circular motion.

Bath

A warm bath after a tired day can be very relaxing and rejuvenating. You can add 3-6 drops of essential oil with a career oil and disperse into bath water for extra relaxation. Make sure you are not allergic to the type of essential oil used.
